APRICOT trees were brought from Persia into Europe and Greece (Peloponnese and Makedonia). It is preserved in Heavy or Light syrup, fruit juice. It can be packed in cans, jars or aseptic bags in metallic drums. It can also be preserved as compote in glass jars and puree in aseptic bags.
