Cerignola Style Olives

Cerignola Style olives are produced from Chalkidiki olives and from Donkey olives similar to the well known Cerignola olives which grow in Italy . They are one of the largest size olives variety in the world, with a mild, buttery flavor and semi-firm flesh. These olives are handpicked between October and November Furthermore they are fermented in a saltwater solution to reach their sweet mild flavor. They treated further to turn their colour to red, yellow, green and black color.
