Pomace Olive Oil

Pomace olive oil is produced from the pulp remaining after the cold extraction of extra virgin olive oil and it contains a small percentage of extra virgin olive oil. It has a light green colour and buttery taste, whereas it has a maximum free acidity of 0.1. It is best used in cooking and frying due to it’ s high heat tolerance.
