Sheep Cheese
Sheep cheese is mainly produced in Greece and Bulgaria. A full taste cheese with great amount of lactose and minerals as well as butterfat. The excessive butterfat gives to sheep cheese a creamy mouthfeel characteristic. It is used mainly in salads, pies or as a side dish.
