Feta

Feta cheese is the most popular cheese in Greece labeled as P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin), It is produced from sheep and goat milk. It is rich in nutritional ingredients, with a characteristic tangy & sharp flavor. White and aromatic, served on its own with a piece of bread and a drizzle of olive-oil, or alternatively used in a Greek salad and pastries like cheese pie & spinach pie.
