Graviera

Graviera is a well known greek cheese made from sheep and goat milk. It’s a hard cheese, light yellow coloured with holes and hard rind. It’s taste ranges from sweet to slightly spicy and has a characteristic buttery flavor. Graviera is the second most popular cheese in Greece.
