Azizi olives is an Egyptian variety of olives, very similar to Spanish gordal olives, slightly acidic taste, very low fat content. Sizes start from 70 olives/kg and smallest around 200 olives/kg. Treated with costic soda in order to avoid bitterness and keep their light green color without getting dark from oxidation. It can be easily pitted and sliced and it has a long self life.
