Manzanilla

Manzanilla Olives are grown mainly in Seville, but they can be also found in other Spanish regions. They are one of the most known table green olives internationally. Manzanilla olives have taken their name due to their round shape which resembles an apple. They are medium size, with a balanced bitter-salt olive taste and delicate flavor. Ideal for stuffings. Manzanilla olives are handpicked from the olive trees while green and treated with costic soda in order to avoid bitterness and keep their light green color without getting dark from oxidation.

Manzanilla olives provide us with antioxidants, antiflammantory compounds, vitamins, healthy fats and minerals which are preventing heart problems and strengthen our immune system.
